| There
is a minimum of 5 hours use on hourly vehicles. A gratuity of
15% is added to the fare of sedans, and a gratuity of 20% is
added to the fare of vans and stretch limousines. |

Waiting
time charges begin 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up,
from home or place other than an airport.

| In
case of pick-ups from the airport, waiting time charges begin
after the pre-flight arrival time of the flight as follows: |

is a $10.00 surcharge for service scheduled between midnight
and 5:59 a.m. A 15% gratuity will be added to the fare. |

Vans are available at Luxury Sedan rates, plus a
$30.00 surcharge. A 20% gratuity will be added to the fare. |

| There
is a $25.00 surcharge for service scheduled Easter Sunday, Memorial
Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's
Day, and after 6 p.m., Christmas and New Year's Eve. |

Anyone
calling in a cancellation will be furnished with a cancellation
number. This number will be your proof of cancellation in
the event you are charged for a "NO SHOW". To
avoid being billed, you must cancel departure and arrival,
and get a cancellation number.

| No-show
charges are equal to the base of the scheduled ride, plus tolls
or parking incurred. Special consideration will be given to
emergency cancellations. |
